• About:

Welcome to Nasah, we offer a manufacturing service of your designs through this Website. If you continue to browse and use this website you acknowledge to have read, understood and agree to these “Terms and Conditions” and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Be advised that you need to be of legal age to make a binding contract. These terms and conditions are legal agreement between you and Nasah its affiliates and partner (collectively, “Nasah”, “we”, “us” or “our”). The terms and conditions govern your use of the services we offer “Nasah”.

• Ordering Process:

To order a print you first upload your CAD/CAM file on the Nasah website; you will be able to select which material, quantity, colour and post process finishing option when you place your order. Once the file/part has been checked for manufacturability by one of the Nasah team member you will be able to select the best delivery option for you, checkout and complete your purchase. You need to provide us with information we need for the delivery of the part to. Please be informed that the language to be used during the whole ordering process is English. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Unacceptable Orders, Cancellation of Orders by Us:

Nasah reserves the right to discontinue those orders that do not meet our technical guidelines outlined in the GOOD TO KNOW section of the Nasah Website. There may be technical or other reasons why Nasah cannot accept or must cancel your order during the entire ordering process, even after our acceptance of your order. Such reasons “including but not limited to” orders containing firearms, weapons, the destination of the delivery you indicated in your order etc.) any other parts in an attempt to bypass this rule will remain the responsibility of the person(s) who upload the files and they will be held liable for any legal actions as a result of the printing. In case we cancel your order Nasah will contact you via email.

• Price:

The price displayed during the quoting process is inclusive of manufacturing services, labour and shipping when applicable. The prices displayed are based on type of material you choose and are valid only for the moment that they are displayed. Nasah reserves the right to change its prices without notice. Such changes, however, will have no effect on orders completed before the posting of a new price. We do our best to prevent errors in the pricing. However, should an error occur, we are not bound by our offer and may cancel the order.

• Payment:

Payment must be made in full and received by Nasah prior to start production. Lead times for the printing process start on completion of payment and not from the time of the upload. The cut-off for express orders is any payment made before 2:00 pm on weekdays. The lead time for orders paid after 2:00 pm will start from the next working day. Payments are to be made exclusively through the Website portal; other methods of payment will need to be agreed before commencing of production.

• Shipping and Delivery:

The average time required to produce the model is 2-3 working days on average. These are and remain estimates and NOT guaranteed.  Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the purchase of the service on the Nasah Website or will be available for pick-up depending on the service you choose. Nasah is not liable for incorrect shipping addresses, and no refunds are given if incorrect shipping addresses are given. Nasah will send out all packages in a protected box and by recorded delivery in the event that packages are returned to us, we will resend them out, though this may incur additional charges. Nasah are not liable for any damage or cost caused by delay in shipping or delivery. Change of shipping address is permitted, however, your model will be placed at the back of the queue for printing and lead times will recommence from the date of the address change unless otherwise stated.

• Returns and Refunds:

As the products are printed based on your specifications, there is no right to return or possibility of cancelling your order after the purchase has been completed. Upon delivery of the parts, we expect you to carefully examine the product(s). If upon inspection you feel the product is not conform with the order you should contact us within 7 days after your receipt of the product. We are not responsible for the design of the product and we will not accept returns unless all the design guidelines have been respected and the product is clearly different from the original design and/or presents quality defects.Nasah does not consider quality defects all those characteristics intrinsic of the manufacturing process and clearly mentioned in the what to expect section of the Nasah Website. Do Not return products without having received an explicit request from Nasah to do so. Amendments to order including adding files/changing files. After the acceptance and payment of the order, there can be no changes to the files or processes, excluding the addition or removal of post-processing services. Any changes are subject to a £15.00 + VAT admin charge which must be paid for before the change comes into effect.

• Lead Times:

Lead times are only estimates and NOT IN ANY WAY guaranteed. Infrequent and unpredictable factors like machine failure, power cuts and acts of God may cause orders to be delayed by a number of days. If an orders take significantly longer than expected, a partial refund may be given to equal the cost of an economy order, but no full refunds are given. There are no Lead time-related refunds for economy orders. If you are on a deadline, it is strongly advised that you choose the Express tariff.

• Privacy and data protection:

By submitting orders, you consent to the processing of your personal data such as name, e-mail address and contact details in order for Nasah to process your purchase. Nasah will use your data to improve product and services and provide you with the latest relevant information. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties in order to fulfil your order or part of it.

• Complaints:

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

• Waiver:

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
